Our Four Safety Standards

Agent Verification

Every agent goes through a manual review process before being approved. We verify identity, contact details, and their connection to the properties they list. Agents and Landlords who receive consistent complaints are investigated and may be removed.

Listing Standards

All listings must include real photos of the actual property, accurate pricing, and a genuine address. Listings that fail these standards are rejected or removed. Agents and Landlords are held accountable to what they publish.

Report System

Spot something wrong? Tap the flag icon on any listing or agent profile to report it. Our team reviews every report and responds within 24 hours. Serious reports are escalated immediately.

Review & Ratings

Renters can leave verified reviews on agent profiles. Ratings are visible to all users and directly affect agent visibility. This creates accountability and helps you identify trustworthy Agents and Landlords quickly.

Protect Yourself When Renting

Always View Before You Pay
Never send a deposit or any payment before physically visiting the property. If an agent refuses to arrange a viewing, that is a serious red flag.
Get a Written Agreement
A verbal agreement is not enough. Ensure all terms — price, deposit amount, deposit conditions, and move-in date — are in a signed written lease.
Request Payment Receipts
Keep proof of every payment. Use bank transfers where possible. Cash payments should always come with a signed, dated receipt from the agent.
Report Anything Suspicious
If a price seems too good to be true, an agent asks for unusual payment methods, or something doesn't feel right — trust your instincts and report it.

How to Report an Issue

We take every report seriously. Here's how to raise a concern and what happens next.

On any listing or agent profile, tap the flag or report icon. Select the reason for your report from the options provided.

We Investigate

Our team reviews the report within 24 hours. For serious reports — suspected fraud, safety concerns — we escalate immediately.

We Take Action

Depending on findings, we may update the listing, suspend the agent, or remove the content. You'll receive a follow-up on your report.
